Yesterday, Stephanie, our Realtor, stopped by to put the "sold" sign on our house. We received an offer on our house just seven days after it went on the market, which is a huge relief! We'll sign it away on October 24 - and sign on to our new Milhaven house on the 25. It looks like Lincoln will be trick-or-treating in a new neighborhood this year.

I LOVE Lincoln's smile. He seems awfully happy about moving. Does he get to pick out his own room?
